Registration > Guidance on the online registration process

Online registration and payment is now available!

Below is a short help section on the procedure and the online interface.

You first need to login to the platform (or create an account).

In the "Registration" menu you will select "On line registration/payment".

You will have a form to fill with your administrative informations.

You must also indicate your day of arrival, departure and participation in the conference dinner. These information are required for booking the lunches and diner.

After validating the information on this form, you will be presented with a window to request payment online.

You will be directed to the following window:

Click on "Payer" (to pay).

Click on "Payer" to be redirected to a secure payment window.

On the secured payment page, the required information to be entered are:

      - Credit card number (Numéro de carte).

      - Expiry date: Month/Year (Date d'expiration: Mois/Année).

      - Card security code or card verification value - 3 digit (CVV).

Your credit card must have the "3D secure" option to perform the payment. This one is required by the application used to ensure the security of these online transactions.

The registration will only be effective once the payment has been made. E-mails will be received to confirm the different steps of the registration, filling in the form, then payment.

You can then check your status by accessing your registration settings in the "My space" button on the conference website and the "My registration" menu.
