INVOICES FOR REGISTRATION FEES

The official invoice for the payment of your registration fee will be issued by the financial administration of the university. We hope that this process will not take too long.

REGISTRATION AND ON-LINE PAYMENT

The page "Guidance on the online registration process" provides guidance to describe the procedure.

And then you can go to page "On line registration/payment" to complete the registration form and make the payment.

Early registration: before June 1^st, 2022. Extended to June 17^th

            Full registration: 460 euros (all taxes included)

            Student registration: 200 euros (all taxes included)

Late registration: after June 17^th, 2022

            Full registration: 550 euros (all taxes included)

            Student registration: 250 euros (all taxes included)

For accompanying persons it is possible to register individually for the conference gala dinner, the option is available on the registration page: 130 euros (all taxes included). Deadline June 20th.

 The payment of the registration fees is done online by credit card with a secured interface.

Registration fees include: access to the conference, book of abstract, conference bag, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail, conference diner.
